Data Collection

When contacting us via the web form on any of our websites we ask for your email address and/or telephone number when filling in the form. We ask for this in order to be able to answer your enquiry.

To act as an entertainment agency and to provide you with our services we may need to know other basic personal data including:

  • your name
  • address
  • email address
  • phone number
  • bank account details.

If you do not provide some or all of these pieces of information then we may be unable to answer your enquiry or to provide the services you have requested. We will not collect any basic personal data from you that we do not need – and we never collect any sensitive personal data such as: race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or other similar beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health, sexual life, or criminal record.

It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current – so please keep us informed of any personal data changes during your relationship with us.

Use of Data

All the personal data we hold about you will be processed by our staff.  No third parties will have access to your personal data unless there is a legal obligation for us to provide them with this.

We don’t use any marketing agencies to send out marketing mail or marketing e-mails.

We will process your personal data if it is necessary in order to enter into a contract with you, or to take steps to enter into a contract – such as supplying you with a quotation. When processing your data we take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is processed securely.

How long do we keep data?

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

Sharing your personal data

Staff at Midland Entertainment & Management Agency Ltd will share your personal data internally to enable us to supply quotations, issue contracts etc.

We also share personal data with other agents, suppliers and contractors, when this is essential for the purpose of issuing contracts.
